So, get lender pre-approved as early in your journey as you can and it doesn’t even have to be the lender you’ll ultimately work with. Just get it and the get peace of mind that comes with it — for you and your eventual seller.
And, speaking of sellers, third: buyers learn that not to use the seller’s real estate agent. Because agents can’t negotiate a “best deal” for both sides of the transaction. It’s either one or the other, and contractually, it has to be the seller.
