More home buyers are taking tours of new construction homes according to a survey from the National Association of Homebuilders. The group's Housing Market Index - a monthly sentiment survey - shows foot traffic through model homes at its highest point since February of this year - with sales volume also on its way up. Some of this could be attributed to builders cutting prices in November. The association reports that 41 percent of builders have lowered their prices ahead of the Holiday Season with two-thirds using some form of buyer incentive.
